The location of the house is good enough.
Disadvantages:
The landlords are very rude and have poor communication skills. We told her we wanted to see the house before sending the remaining payment, but she refused. The house is in much worse condition than the photos show. You can hear noise everywhere you step, and it needs a complete renovation. The house looked like it hadn't been cleaned in two years; it was dusty and dirty. There were cockroaches. Water was leaking from the refrigerator and bathroom. A plumber came, and we had to deal with it. The landlord was reluctant to let us move to a different house, but they finally offered to move us to another one. They refused to refund our deposit, claiming there was smoking in the house, but the rules state that smoking is allowed in certain areas. It was a very bad experience.
