Advantages:

Было все необходимое для жизни. Все работало, только к газовой колонке нужно было приноровиться, что бы текла горячая вода. Ещё обратите внимание на холодильник, он морозил как зверь) фрукты овощи туда лучше не складывать, пакет творога за ночь превратился в камень) ещё не хватило половой тряпочки в ванной, что бы вытирать воду на полу после душа. Сам дом интересный... 1876 года постройки. Лестница в подъезде широкая и люстра красивая, под окнами, кстати, было тихо. Спать было отлично.
