Advantages:

Чистая уютная квартира в жилом комплексе. В шаговой доступности различные общеизвестные сетевые магазины, а также кафе, где можно перекусить. С парковкой проблем не возникло. До Невского проспекта (м. Площадь Восстания) 15 минут пешком.
