Advantages:

Удобное местоположение, заселение и взаимодействие - идеально. Местоположение тоже супер. Цена относительно невысокая.

Disadvantages:

Есть тараканы. Летом душно, приходится спать с открытым окном. Первый этаж, поэтому сыровато.
