Ванна без ремонта, но чистая. После каждого жильца проводится клининг. Рядом с домом остановка 10-го троллейбуса, который едет через весь Невский проспект на Васильевский остров. Много магазинов, кафе. В шаговой доступности, 10 минут пешком, Невский проспект, ТЦ «Стокманн», ТЦ «Галерея», Таврический сад, Смольный, набережная Невы — всё здесь.
С животными нельзя, курить нельзя. Режим тишины с 22 до 9 утра. Депозит 5000₽.
