Advantages:

Удачное расположение - рядом станция метро Спортивная, недалеко Горьковская. В номере было все необходимое для проживания короткий срок, включая тапочки, полотенца, чай/кофе. Хозяйка всегда на связи, очень оперативно отвечала на все возникшие вопросы.

Disadvantages:

Очень пахнет сыростью. На двери в санузле плесень. Апартаменты на первом этаже, окно выходит во двор (читай на стену), света внутри немного. На стене в санузле, на постельном бельё были длинные волосы: (
