Advantages:

Выбирал по цене и расположению. Гостиница находится во дворе, не так шумно. В номере чисто. Завтрак в полное съедобен и достаточен. Единственный минус - жарко. Понятно что кондиционер - дорого, но ведь можно на сезон поставить простенькие вентиляторы. Ночью на улице прохладней чем в номере.
