Advantages:

Квартира просто шикарная. Снимал для родных на новогодние праздники 2023/2024. Есть все необходимое - от полотенец до стиральной и посудомоечных машин. Этаж тихий, район спокойный и безопасный. Квартира теплая даже в ударившие в эти праздники -25.

Disadvantages:

Не очень большая парковка во дворе, но это стандартная проблема для всего Петербурга.
