Advantages:
Ok location and size. Very fast resposniveness of the host.
Disadvantages:
The apartment had lots of problems. When I came in, they first put me in the wrong (less quality) room and I can only move after a few days. Furthermore, the room was stinking, so I had to move to a hotel for those days. The other room was a bit better, but still awful! At some point the bathroom was flooded because the water from sewers shot up in the room, which is in the basement. There is uncomfortable bed and the host liked to move the guests... All in all, pretty much unliveable. In case you are expecting internet, forget it. There is no WiFi.

Advantages:
Расположение в центре. Я как раз искал в этой локации жилье. Соотношение цена-качество меня полностью устроило.
Disadvantages:
Не совсем недостаток, но тем не менее - нужно понимать, что это полуподвал, окна есть, но они в матовой пленке, что в целом логично. Я достаточно высокий и для меня все составляющие санузла были маловаты.
