Advantages:

Удобное заселение, встретили и отпустили по договоренности. Заезжал поздно, выезжал в 7 утра. Все чисто. Постельное белье, матрас удобный. Нет телевизора. Кухня, микроволновка, столовые приборы, холодильник (это общий доступ). Доступ круглосуточный. Звукоизоляция нормальная. Доехать не сложно до места проживания, да и прогуляться от метро одно удовольствие.

Disadvantages:

Общая душевая и два туалета на три номера (все чисто, очередей нет), но если кто не привык имейте ввиду.
