Advantages:

Хозяйка была на связи, прислала подробную инструкцию по входу в подъезд, объяснила, где лежит ключ. Комната и остальные помещения полностью соответствуют описанию. Один минус- пружины в матрасах почти на поверхности... Мешали спать.
