Мебель сломана, в квартире грязь вековая даже после уборки в туалете застарелая грязь, не отмыли.! Было препирательство по поводу оплаты, наше предложение было оплатить за сутки, после уборки внести остальную часть оплаты. Предложение арендодателя внести 100% оплаты + оплатить стоимость уборки. Выводы делайте сами.
