Advantages:

Спасибо хозяйке за позднее заселение. Встретила и заселила. Достаточно чисто. Так как снимали, чтобы переночевать, то в целом нормально. Был нужен именно этот район.

Disadvantages:

Парковка во дворе проблематично. Постельное бельё все разное, цветное. Полотенца старые, с запахом. Мебель пожившая. В коридоре пуфик старый и грязный. Тапки грязные стояли. Микроволновка тоже старая, греть в ней еду я бы не стала. Не соответствует качество квартиры стоимости.
