Advantages:

Шикарное месторасположение - основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, как бары и рестораны. Есть круглосуточный магазинчик рядом. Из техники есть все необходимое для проживания. Предоставили бесплатный паркинг метров 500 от квартиры.

Disadvantages:

Для этой стоимости хотелось бы немного большего. Постельное бельё - самая дешевая синтетика, нет тапочек, нет гель-душа, таблеток для посудомойки. Будьте готовы заправлять постельное бельё самостоятельно, это не отель))).
