Advantages:

Хорошая просторная квартира.

Disadvantages:

Главный недостаток то что под окнами метро строят. Шум постоянный. Ночью сильно гудит генератор у строителей. У квартиры солнечная сторона а кондиционеров нет тока вентиляторы. Нерекомендую эту квартиру весь отпуск испорчен
