Вся бытовая техника работает как заявлено, есть WiFi, мягкий матрас на кровати

Disadvantages:

Во время проживания несколько дней подряд срабатывали системы оповещения. Также не повезло, пару дней не было горячей воды. В целом видно, что квартира уже уставшая и ей не помешал бы косметический ремонт

Есть все для комфортного проживания. Очень чисто, отличная инфраструктура, транспортная доступность. В 1 корпусе платная, недорогая парковка.
