Advantages:

Квартира расположена рядом с парком, это большой плюс (это видно по фото). Достаточно большие комнаты и кухня. Полы в туалете и на кухне с подогревом. Имеется балкончик с видом на парк.

Disadvantages:

В комнате с кроватью шторы поплотнее бы и матрас нужен новый (возможно, уже заменили). Ещё очень маленькая раковина в душевой.
