Цена зависит от сезона, сроков проживания, праздничных и выходных дней, количества человек. Заселение с 14:00. Выезд до 12:00. Залог за ключи 2000₽, возвращается при выезде. Курение и вечеринки в квартире строго запрещены!!! В шаговой доступности микрохирургия глаза им. Федорова, СМ-Клиника на Дунайской, спортивная школа Олимпийского резерва "Комета". Заселение в квартиру осуществляется при наличии паспорта!!! Оплата возможна наличными и на банковскую карту. Окончательная стоимость зависит от даты и срока проживания - чем больше дней, тем больше скидка. При заезде необходимо внести страховой депозит в размере 2000р, который возвращается при условии соблюдения правил проживания при выезде. Цену уточняйте.

Большая просьба соблюдать правила дома: не курить, в уличной обуви не ходить, помыть за собой посуду и выкинуть мусор. При нарушении правил залог не возвращается.
