Advantages:

Местоположение, большая площадь, современная кухня

Disadvantages:

Неудобный диван большой+ запах от него, неудобный кожаный диван. Сушилка с бельём в гостиной. Все очень не новое. Из трёх тв, работал нормально только один (на кухне). Интернет отвалился через час после заселения.
