Рядом никогда не спящий Большой Проспект Петроградской стороны, до кинотеатра, кафе и клубов меньше 5 минут, однако квартира так расположена, что тут очень тихо и спокойно. Все достопримечательности Петербурга в паре остановок на автобусе или метро, Петропавловская крепость 15 минут пешком.
У нас есть все необходимое для жизни, 2 изолированные комнаты, кухонная техника и посуда, посудомойка, стиральная машина и т.д.
Квартира находится на 4 этаже без лифта, лестница пологая, удобная для подъёма. В Петроградском районе все парковки платные, однако своим гостям показываю где есть бесплатные.
