Advantages:

Своевременная поддержка при заселение . Близость автовокзала и метро. Магазины тоже рядом.

Disadvantages:

Туалетная бумага, просто не было. Гель и шампунь для душа. Очень большая влажность в самой квартире. В принципе переночевать норм, но не более того. Сама квартира на 3 с +, честно видел и гораздо лучше в том же районе.
