Advantages:

Квартира расположена в 2х минутах ходьбы от казанского собора, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Сама квартира чистая, свежий ремонт, уютная! Фото полностью соответствуют реальности. Есть всё необходимое чтобы приготовить еду. Остались довольны, вернемся ещё.

Disadvantages:

Единственное это шумоизоляция, но соседи были спокойные ночью было тихо.
