Advantages:

Проживали в новогодние праздники, всё понравилось. До центра на такси ехать 30 минут, в принципе всё устроило. В отличии от центра очень тихо и спокойно, новый район. Всё застраивается и развивается. В соседнем подъезде есть Лаундж Бар Кокос и Красное и Белое, доставка работает. Кровать очень удобная, красивое постельное бельё. Квартира очень чистая и уютная.
