Advantages:

Квартира находится рядом с Невским проспектом. Поблизости зона платной парковки, но с 20:00 до 08:00 она бесплатная, что оказалось нам очень кстати. В квартире есть всё необходимое.

Disadvantages:

Пора провести косметический ремонт.
