Advantages:

Приехали ночью, на ресепшене нас ждали хозяин отеля с администратором - быстро заселили, никаких проблем. Переночевать идеальный вариант-есть холодильник общий, телевизор, все чисто и аккуратно. 10 минут пешком - метро. Тихо и спокойно в этом районе, через дорогу заведения, магазин Дикси. В отеле есть общая кухня - все столовые приборы, чай, булка с хлебом и кофе. Все в свободном доступе.

Disadvantages:

Не было питьевой воды (приехали ночью, кулер с водой пустой - на утро так же).
