Advantages:

Квартира в новом апарт отеле с красивым фойе. Укомплектована всеми принадлежностями и посудой для готовки. В здании есть кафе и ресторан, где еду привозит паровозик, несколько салонов-парикмахерских. Рядом есть прекрасное кафе "Город 812" всё по 250.

Disadvantages:

Некачественная гидроизоляция ванны, из-за чего пол в ванной комнате был мокрым. На кухне не хватает кухонного полотенца.
