Advantages:

Расположение шикарное. Вокзал и метро — буквально через дорогу.

Disadvantages:

Грязновато, конечно, и запах в туалете. Да и без отопления в середине марта зябко как-то было) Ну и с напором горячей воды какие-то проблемы.

Не плохой мини отель, отличное расположение рядом с Московским вокзалом. Буду обращаться за жильём по необходимости.
