Advantages:

Ездили с сыном в Академию художеств на день открытых дверей, заселение очень удобное, бесконтактное! Я, правда, всё равно немножко не разобрался, но в 8:00 утра позвонил хозяину квартиры, и он мне всё подробно рассказал, что делать. В номере очень чисто и уютно, всё есть: полотенце, стиральный порошок, стиралка, чайник, чай, сахар и так далее. Есть дополнительная батарея, зимой как раз было очень холодно, батарея помогла.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов не знаю, возможно, пригодилось бы ещё пару розеток в стене в комнате. А так всё здорово, хозяину квартиры большое спасибо!
