Advantages:

Отличный вид в квартире из окна. Это ее главное достоинство. В квартире чисто, полный комплект белья, посуды, косметических, гигиенических средств.

Disadvantages:

Окружение оставляет желать лучшего: песчаная парковка с огромными ямами, где машина с низким клиренсом немало пострадает. В качестве альтернативы можно поставить вдоль дороги справа от дома, но там ведется стройка и обходить также придется по песку. Холодильник работал плохо, пришлось хранить продукты в морозилке, поскольку только там поддерживалась более-менее прохладная температура. Но в целом нам понравилось, рекомендую.
