Advantages:

К заселению, выселению, вопросов нет. На сайте почему то хозяин не отвечал, но дозвонились без проблем.

Disadvantages:

Очень много неприятных нюансов. Ремонт вроде сделан, но уже сильно уставший. В квартире нет Wi-Fi (я после заселения проверил ещё раз объявление - он действительно не заявлен, но на такие вещи уже не смотришь даже это как само по себе разумеющееся) На входной двери следы вскрытия (дверь погнута в районе замка). Ночью в квартире холодно, так как сильно задувает ветер в балконную дверь. Горячая вода из крана грязная и с неприятным запахом. Ванна в плохом состоянии. Дверь в санузел без замка/щеколды. В общем, в моем случае стоимость квартиры совсем не соответствует качеству проживания.
