Комната уютная, окно выходит в тихий двор. Ванная комната для гостей отдельная. Скидку для длительного проживании обсуждаю после знакомства. Для курящих есть общий балкон.

В квартире проживаю я сам, собственник. Доброжелательно отношусь к проживающим у меня людям. Помогу, подскажу как добраться в нужное Вам место, где можно прогуляться, какие достопримечательности посмотреть в нашем замечательном городе Санкт- Петербурге и его пригородах.

В шаговой доступности : ст. метро Пионерская 3-5 минут, Удельный парк для прогулок, место дуэли Пушкина, ТК " Сити Молл", ТК "Капитолий", магазины "Пятерочка", "Перекрёсток", "Дикси", ресторан " Токио-Сити" и другие, кинотеатр в ТК " Сити Молл" аптеки, салоны красоты, всё очень близко и удобно.

Для 2х взрослых сопровождающих детей на период лечения-диагностики от 7 дней проживание для детей в голубой комнате бесплатно. Тахта 140×220 + есть надувная кровать 160×200 высота 40/50. Необходимо предварительное согласование.

При заселение попрошу подтвердить личность с помощью паспорта.
