Чудесная двухэтажная студия в центре Санкт-Петербурга с видом на зелёный двор и крыши. 7 минут пешком от метро «Технологический институт». 30 минут пешком до Невского проспекта. Открытый балкон, на котором просто необходимо с утра выпить кофе. )

В квартире есть всё необходимое: телевизор, музыкальная колонка, отпариватель, аэрогриль, посуда, шампунь, порошок для стирки и т. д. Есть даже дорожка для ходьбы. )
Диван раскладывается, на нем комфортно могут расположиться 2 человека (длина дивана 2,3 м).

Рядом находится Московский проспект со множеством кафе и магазинов, а прямо в доме есть супермаркет и уютная кофейня. )
