Окна выходят во двор с зеленым садом.
В доме есть продуктовый магазин, ресторан. До метро 5 минут пешком. До Московского вокзала 10 минут пешком.
В шаговой доступности пять углов, улица Рубинштейна, набережная реки Фонтанки, Невский проспект, Александринский театр, улица Зодчего Росси.

Disadvantages:

Комната полностью не соответствует описанию, 15-20 кв. м. Хотя заявлено 30, фото непонятно откуда, но не из этой микростудии. Кровать и стол другие, кресло отсутствует. Также огорчило отсутствие занавесок, как в аквариуме.

Гость забронировал студию за несколько часов до заезда, которая уже была занята. С согласия гостя ему была предоставлена соседняя студия чуть меньшего размера. При заселении гость подписал договор, в подменной студии его всё устроило. Указывая размер студии в отзыве, гость не учел площадь прихожей и санузла.
