Студию и вообще что-то сдаю первый раз в жизни! Новый ремонт, ещё никто не жил. Планирую сдавать в будущем в долгосрок, но сейчас - эксперимент на месяц - два, кто решится со мной ))

По наполнению готова обсуждать в запросах при заселении - утюг, посуда, зонтики..

В окружении есть кофейни, магазины, быстрые доставки еды, пункты wb/ozon.

Дома аэрогриль, посудомойка - кто не любит проводить время у плиты, ну а бокалы для вина или смузи организую!

Удобный компьютерный стул и стол для работы. На балконе уже холодновато, но в пледике с какао ещё посидеть можно!
