Advantages:

Рядом с местом учёбы. Всё новое. Для одного вполне достаточно. Имеется всё, что может понадобиться. Много розеток и освещения.

Disadvantages:

Лично мне не удобно матрас на полу, он скользил по скользкому полу. Нет сушилки для тарелок. И после душа, весь пол мокрый, и унитаз мокрый и всё мокрое.
