До ст. М. Кировский завод - 300 м., до центра города можно добраться за 20 минут. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта, есть возможность заказать уборку в номер за дополнительную плату. Комплекс оснащен современными системами безопасности, контролем доступа и видеонаблюдением, работает стойка рецепции с дополнительными услугами.

Спецлист и важная информация:

Мы принимаем гостей с животными. При заселении с животными отдельно оплачивается от 1500 руб. За уборку в зависимости от количества шерсти;

Обращаем ваше внимание, что доплата за уборку составляет 1250 руб.

Заезд осуществляется с 15: 00, выезд до 12: 00. Поздний заезд и выезд оговаривается и оплачивается отдельно по договоренности.
