Удобное расположение, около вокзала, основные магазины в доступности, не плохая шумоизоляция. Новый ремонт

Disadvantages:

Плохой сток воды в душевой Не хватает мелочей, в виде доп крючков, полочек в ванной комнате, которых очень не хватало.
