Сдаю большую однушку (48м2) на Петроградской стороне.
Адрес Зверинская 36.

Есть парковка во дворе дома!

5 минут до метро Спортивная, Ленинградского зоопарка, Петропавловской крепости и сквера Цоя.
Рядом немыслимое количество кафе, ресторанов, скверов и памятников архитектуры. Это элитная локация, центр притяжения местных, самый дорогой и красивый район Санкт-Петербурга.

1 этаж, 4 окна во второй двор. Во дворе тихо.

Кровать с ортопедическим матрасом Орматек 160х200, раскладной диван с ортопедическим спальным местом 140х200 – вмещаем до 4х человек, можно с детьми.
Есть стиральная машина, фен, утюг, телевизор со смарт тв, чистое качественное белье, ортопедические подушки разного размера и прочие радости жизни :)
На кухне: плита, свч, чайник, приборы.
Расходники (туалетная бумага, соль/сахар и проч.) предоставляем.

Залог 5000, возвращается, если
1) В квартире не курили сигареты/айкосы/прочие пахучие штуки
2) Ничего не сломано
3) Не требуется профессиональная уборка

Заселяю лично, квартира "хозяйская", то есть мы не агентство, где клиенты – это просто денежный поток. Ценим каждого гостя и стараемся сделать ваше пребывание в Санкт-Петербурге исключительным!
