Уютная квартира в самом центре города, на берегу реки Мойки, в непосредственной близости от Исаакиевского собора, Адмиралтейства, Эрмитажа, Мариинского театра, Новой Голландии и других главных достопримечательностей города. Квартира находится на первом этаже исторического доходного дома Воронина (архитектор П. Сюзор) и имеет свой отдельный вход со двора.
Дом является памятником культурного наследия. Во дворе дома находятся знаменитые Воронинские (Фонарные) бани (арх. П Сюзор)
Квартира в этом году была полностью отремонтирована. В квартире имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.
