«Апартамент у Дворцового моста» расположен в центре Санкт-Петербурга. Все достопримечательности города в пешей доступности и перед сном у Вас есть возможность прогуляться по набережной: Эрмитаж, Здание Адмиралтейства, Дворцовая площадь, Стрелка Васильевского острова и многое другое.
Цены указана минимальная на будничный день января 2023 года для 2-х человек. В выходные и праздничные дни цена за сутки проживания может быть выше. Так же на цену влияет количество гостей и длительность проживания.
Время заселения и выселения прошу согласовывать заранее, придерживаясь стандартных нормативов: Заезд - 13.00, Выезд - 12.00. Ранний заезд и поздний выезд возможны по согласованию сторон.
При заселении вносится залог, который возвращается после Вашего выезда и уборки квартиры. К сожалению, это вынужденная мера в наше время.
При выселении просим оставлять квартиру в чистом виде, убрать за собой мусор.
Курение возможно только на улице. При обнаружении запаха табака или электронных сигарет взимается штраф 1000 рублей.
