Advantages:

Хозяин супер, всё пожелания были учтены, быстро договорились, сразу заселили, квартиры уютная, чистая, до Петергофа 1 час на автобусике, до центра конечно далековато, но нам было не критично, всё понравилось, спокойно отдохнули и провели время
