Advantages:

Центр города, магазины, достопримечательности - все рядом. Возникли проблемы с водонагревателем, которые хозяин решил без лишних вопросов. Соотношение цена-качество ( не 5* отель и бронируете).

Advantages:

Квартира хорошая, со своим входом, что очень удобно. Машину можно бесплатно припарковать напротив своих окон. Заселение/выселение дистанционное. Удобное расположение, примерно в 10 мин. ходьбы находится Петропавловская крепость.
