Advantages:

Хозяин приветливый, заселил раньше без доплаты, пунктуальный, квартира чистая, есть все необходимые мелочи (знали бы не тощили бы с собой), от метро 5 мин. Рядом есть магазины. Вообщем все понравилось. Рекоменуем!
