Advantages:

Расположение, рядом севкабель, магазины, кафе, море. На самокате 15 минут от метро, 25 минут от стрелки Васильевского острова.

Disadvantages:

Грязные туалеты, душевая, сантехника вот вот сломается, шумно с улицы, матрасы и диваны старые, чувствуются все пружины. Грязно на кухне.
