Advantages:

Очень приветливая и пунктуальная хозяйка. В квартире чисто и комфортно. Очень удобное расположение в плане логистики. Легко добраться из аэропорта на наземном транспорте. Метро очень близко: через сквер и дворами - 7 минут. Вокруг по периметру масса разных магазинов.

Disadvantages:
