Advantages:

Большая, чистая квартира. Хозяйка сдает в аренду с договором, все официально. Все удобства есть - стиральная машина, посудомойка, микроволновка, интернет, газовая колонка. Огромным плюсом для нас было наличие штор блэк-аут, в белые ночи можно спокойно спать в темноте. Тихий и очень красивый район, метро пешком 5-7 минут
