Летом 2018 года у нас открылись новые апартаменты, выполненные в стиле лофт. Это небольшая студия с двуспальной кроватью, раскладным диваном и мини-кухней, экономичный вариант проживания для семей и компаний до 4 человек. Апартаменты расположены во втором дворе дома 88 на Невском проспекте в 50 метрах от гостевых комнат. Апартаменты расположены на 4 этаже, подъезд отремонтирован, лифт отсутствует.

При заезде в апартаменты с гостя взимается залог в размере 3000₽.
