Advantages:

Мне удобна локация. Плюс что это квартира.

Disadvantages:

Полы пришлось мыть самим. Ремонт старый и дешевый ( понятно что это съемная квартира). Не помешала бы хорошая уборка и кое что подправить по мелочам и все. А так в целом не плохо.
