Advantages:

Гостили с мужем у вас, все понравилось минусом не заметили , квартира очень тёплая ( я бы даже сказала что это +). Местоположение вообще самый центр, все рядом, и по деньгам не дорого. Буду советовать эту квартиру своим знакомым.

Квартира чистая. Все, что нужно имеется и в рабочем состоянии. Местоположение отличное, рядом метро, магазины, кафе и т.д.
