Advantages:

Новый дом, в шаговой доступности магазины, центр.

Disadvantages:

Требуется ремонт окон, нет кондиционера, в квартире очень душно даже когда на улице прохладно. Не хватает столовых приборов, вид из окна на какую-то свалку..
